HARVARD – Community members interested in hearing more about planned District 50 construction can ask their questions at an upcoming open house.
School administrators, architects and construction managers will attend the open event from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
The district will display plans for construction and its benefits; the expected timeline, including times of community and classroom disruption; safety measures; and information about the project’s funding.
The district is renovating Harvard High School, including adding 10 second-floor classrooms, more commons space, a new kitchen and central air conditioning. The heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems will be updated at the high school and Jefferson Elementary.
Attendees can show up to the event at anytime within the two hours. No registration is required.
