Woodstock library offers free computer classes

WOODSTOCK – The Woodstock Public Library will offer free computer classes on select Saturdays in February and March.

“Basic Computer Skills” will be Saturday and again Feb. 23. “Basic Internet Skills” meets Feb. 9 and March 2, and “Basic Microsoft Word 2007 Skills” will be Feb. 16 and March 9.

All classes begin at 9:30 a.m.

Although the classes are designed to provide job seekers with basic computer skills to compete in today’s job market, attendance is open to all community members.

Registration is required and can be completed online at www.woodstockpubliclibrary.org or by calling the library at 815-338-0542.
