State Rep. Tryon to host Senior Technology Fair

CRYSTAL LAKE – State Rep. Mike Tryon, R-Crystal Lake, will partner with AT&T on March 26 for a Senior Technology Fair at the McHenry County Senior Services building in Crystal Lake.

Jerry Mytych of the AT&T External Affairs Division and an AT&T retail store employee will talk with seniors from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. about smartphones, smartphone applications that benefit seniors, and games that can be played on smartphones.

Seniors also will learn about easy ways they can communicate with loved ones and family members through Skype and Facetime. A question-and-answer session will be a part of the event.

The McHenry County Senior Services building in Crystal Lake is at 110 W. Woodstock St. The Senior Technology Fair is free to attend.
