River access

Published: Sunday, March 31, 2013 5:30 a.m. CDT

To the Editor:

We, the grandchildren of John A. Miller, would like to thank the village of Johnsburg and their attorney, Michael Smoron, for their hard work and support in keeping the property our grandfather plotted in 1930 as a perpetual easement to the Fox River.

Our grandfather loved the river, and when he subdivided his property, he wanted to make sure everyone who owned land in the subdivision could use the easement to access the river.

Please vote for Ed Hettermann for village president. He is honest, he tells the truth, and always tries to do what is best for the village of Johnsburg.
