• Michael A. Sipolt, 51, 2621 Christie Drive, Algonquin, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 7, with retail theft.

• Scott C. Schaefer, 41, 410 Linn Ave., Crystal Lake, was charged Thursday, Aug. 8, with battery.

• Viviana Medrano, 18, 34 Aspen Lane, Carpentersville, was charged Thursday, Aug. 8, with theft.

• A 17-year-old Hampshire girl was charged Friday, Aug. 9, with retail theft.

• Nicholas J. Spagnola, 20, 605 Red Coach Lane, Algonquin, was charged Friday, Aug. 9 with retail theft.

• Patrick W. Luehring, 25, 1731 Westbury Drive, Algonquin, was charged Saturday, Aug. 10, with driving under the influence, failure to yield the right of way, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana.

• Leopoldo Ruiz, 35, 127 Pueblo Road, Carpentersville, was charged Saturday, Aug. 10, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and driving in the wrong lane.

• Magdalena Zieba, 33, 10957 Greywall Lane, Huntley, was charged Saturday, Aug. 10, with retail theft.

• John H. McCreadic, 58, 1221 Victoria Court, Algonquin, was charged Monday, Aug. 12, with battery.

• Douglas L. Slagell, 54, 302 E. Jackson Ave., Hampshire, was charged Thursday, Aug. 15, with disorderly conduct.

• Alexander M. Trebat, 25, 971 Hayrack Drive, Algonquin, was charged Thursday, Aug. 15, with domestic battery and harassment through electronic communication.

• Herman B. Kluesener III, 45, 646 David St., Lake in the Hills, was charged Sunday, Aug. 18, with driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent.

• Timothy H. Scheier, 45, 1225 Old Mill Lane, Algonquin, was charged Sunday, Aug. 18, with domestic battery.
