• Ruperta L. Carrion, 44, 822 Thurlby Road, Kingston, was charged Monday, Aug. 26, with retail theft.

• Alberto Nicolas Juarez, 39, 542 Pleasant St., Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 27, with two counts of domestic battery.

• Gustavo Vega, 32, 531 Central Parkway, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Aug. 27, with domestic battery and disorderly conduct.

• Thomas Charles Shaw, 62, transient, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 28, with possession of alcohol in a city park.

• Amanda M. Schneiderman, 30, 15012 W. South St., Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Aug. 28, with driving under the influence and driving without insurance.

• Melanie Sharon Schroder, 47, 709 N. State St., Marengo, was charged Friday, Aug. 30, with retail theft.

• Carl Joseph Urban, 36, 1220 Davis Road, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Aug. 31, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and improper use of a turn lane.

• Arturo Gonzalez-Cruz, 21, 2240 Applewood Drive, Woodstock, was charged Sunday, Sept. 1, with driving under the influence, driving without a license, knowingly possessing a fictitious or altered license, speeding, and illegal transportation of alcohol.

• Miguel Angel Venegas, 21, 1305 Baldwin Court, Palatine, was charged Sunday, Sept. 1, with driving under the influence, driving without a license, improper lane use, and failure to signal when required.

• Derrick A. Williford, 26, 6446 S. Ellis St., Chicago, was charged Sunday, Sept. 1, with domestic battery.

• Ashley N. Keys, 19, 204 N. Heather Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Tuesday, Sept. 3, with theft.

• Agustin M. Ortiz Bernal, 27, 933 Wheeler St., Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Sept. 5, with driving under the influence, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, improper lane use, speeding, driving without proof of insurance, and illegal transportation of alcohol.

• Ciara M. Niemeyer, 18, 6420 Giant Oaks, Wonder Lake, was charged Thursday, Sept. 5, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance, contraband in state penal institution, and failure to signal.

• Jonathen D. Beamon, 22, 537 Central Parkway, Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Sept. 11, with driving under the influence, driving with blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08 percent, and driving with one red taillight.

• Geovany N. Esquivel, 20, 756 St. Johns Road, Woodstock, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without a license, and improper display of registration.

• Ignacio Salinas-Cortes, 20, 503 N. Madison St., Woodstock, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with possession of marijuana.

• Stepan Holovach, 56, 17813 Lincoln Road, Harvard, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with two counts of retail theft.

• Ashley M. Starnes, 25, 525 N. Airlite St., Elgin, was charged Friday, Sept. 13, with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.
