• Evan A. Baker, 20, 319 Bell Drive, Cary, was charged Friday, Oct. 4, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, improper lane use, and failure to signal. According to McHenry County court records, prosecutors dismissed Baker's charges on Oct. 15.

• Roberto Lazaro-Zamudio, 25, 401 N. First St., Unit 1N1, Cary, was charged Sunday, Oct. 6, with criminal sexual assault of a victim 13 to 17 years old.

• Antonio Rojas, 23, 1155 Larkin Ave., Elgin, was charged Sunday, Oct. 6, with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana less than 2.5 grams.

• A 17-year-old Cary boy was charged Sunday, Oct. 6, with battery/cause bodily harm.

• A 17-year-old Cary boy was charged Monday, Oct. 7, with assault and disorderly conduct.

• David M. Fishman, 44, 40 Silver Tree Circle, Cary, was charged Saturday, Oct. 12, with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding 15 to 20 mph over the limit.

• Suzanne J. Hopkins, 48, 126 Pearl St., Cary, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 15, with disorderly conduct and resisting/obstructing a peace officer.

• Branden M. Collins, 23, 339 Foxford Drive, Cary, was charged Thursday, Oct. 17, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, improper lane use, and speeding 15 to 20 mph over the limit.

• A 17-year-old Aurora, Ohio, boy was charged Saturday, Oct. 19, with domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact.

• Thomas John Schlaiss, 39, 28635 W. Old Hideaway Road, Cary, was charged Tuesday, Oct. 22, with possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, violation of liability insurance, expiration of registration, and alcoholic liquor in motor vehicle.

• Jeremy D. Shreffler, 27, 1984 S. Washington St., Unit B, Lockport, was charged, Wednesday, Oct. 23, with domestic battery/bodily harm and domestic battery/physical contact.

• Leon Gonzalez, 19, 392 Wood Hollow Lane, Bartlett, was charged Wednesday, Oct. 23, with aggravated battery, possession of marijuana 30 to 500 grams, theft over $500, aggravated robbery, and driving on a suspended license.

• Hunter L. Johnson, 21, 144 Big Oaks Road, Trout Valley, was charged Thursday, Oct. 24, with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of marijuana less than 2.5 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to notify damage to an unattended vehicle, alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle, improper lane use, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• A 17-year-old Cary boy was charged Saturday, Oct. 26, with battery/making physical contact, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, resisting/obstructing a peace officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana less than 2.5 grams, underage drinking and underage possession of tobacco.

• Angelo A. Vazquez, 18, 88 S. Prairie St., Cary, was charged Saturday, Oct. 26, with criminal trespass to a residence and illegal possession of alcohol/underage drinking.

• James S. Johnson, 25, 223 Weaver Drive, Cary, was charged Sunday, Oct. 27, with driving under the influence of alcohol, motor vehicle accident involving damage, improper turn at the intersection, vehicle failure to yield right-of-way to an emergency vehicle, and improper traffic lane use.

• Kenneth Michael Berens, 28, 826 Candlewood Trail, Cary, was charged Monday, Oct. 28, with domestic battery/bodily harm.

• A 16-year-old Cary girl was charged Monday, Oct. 28, with possession of drug paraphernalia. 

• Daniel J. Richmeier, 20, 211 Bell Drive, Cary, was charged Friday, Nov. 1, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a blood-alcohol content greater than 0.08, speeding 15 to 20 mph over the limit, improper lane use, speeding 11 to 14 mph above the speed limit, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

• Terrill Thomas, 30,  2639 N. Waterman Ave., Arlington Heights, was charged Friday, Nov. 1, with indecent solicitation of child over the Internet and solicitation to meet a child.

• Edgar Frausto, 21, 118 Skyline Drive, Carpentersville, was charged Saturday, Nov. 2, with possession of marijuana 10 to 30 grams.

• Stacy N. Schultz, 20, 458 Barron St., Bensenville, was charged Saturday, Nov. 2, with domestic battery/bodily harm, domestic battery/physical contact, and underage drinking.

• Mariusz P. Pawlik, 18, 6559 W. George St., Unit 215, Chicago, was charged, Sunday, Nov. 3, with possession of marijuana 10 to 30 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and underage drinking.
