Will miss Dominick’s

To the Editor:

There are no words to express the loss and caring thoughts we are experiencing as the result of the closing of the Crystal Lake Dominick’s Finer Foods store located at 5340 Route 14.

Being regular customers has given us the privilege of being taken care of by friendly, smiling, accommodating employees who always have had our best interests in mind. They accomplished this task to the best of their abilities, each and every time we visited their store.

The realization that we no longer will be extended these services, that they will be lost forever, is overwhelming. They have become a part of our extended family.

Our hearts are heavy with heartfelt sorrow. Our eyes overflow with tears, not only for ourselves, but for all the employees who will no longer have jobs to support themselves and their families, especially at this time of year. It’s a sad state of affairs.

Reaching out to them, we wish each and every one of them the best life has to offer in the future.

God bless them all. Fare thee well dear friends, ‘til we meet again.

Your caring former customers, the Harry Atkinson family.
