How to get your kid to eat vegetables

The USDA recommends trying to consume at least 2-½ cups of vegetables per day.  

Do you struggle to get your kids to eat or even consider eating their vegetables with dinner? Have they caught on to the fact that you are now buying juice boxes that contain fruit and vegetables and suddenly they return home everyday in their lunch bag?

Here is a foolproof way to get your kids to eat vegetables.  

Cut up some fresh vegetables and make a veggie tray full of carrots, celery, cucumbers, pea pods, broccoli, cauliflower and tomatoes. Or, if your time is limited, you can buy the ones already made for you at the grocery store that come with the vegetable dip. Set the tray out on the kitchen table or counter at about 4:00 and watch them disappear!

It works almost every time.
