DeKALB – A warrant has been issued for a Crystal Lake man wanted in connection with a group of men police say were conspiring to cook methamphetamine.

Corey G. Lindquist, 28, of the 600 block of Eletson Drive, is one of eight men for whom police have issued a warrant.

Five men have already been charged with methamphetamine conspiracy and methamphetamine conspiracy precursor: Greg L. Hurst, 52, of the 400 block of Harvey Street, DeKalb; Jeremy W. Sebek, 28, of the 400 block of Meadow Clark Circle, Sandwich; Michael J. Dumiak, 30, of the 400 block of North 11th Street, DeKalb; Keith Kifer, 48, of the 100 block of South Chapel Street, Elgin; and Joseph E. Waldrop, 30, of the 100 block of 100 South Chapel Street, DeKalb.

The men charged are accused of buying pseudoephedrine, a strong decongestant, with the intent to make methamphetamine, according to court records.

The incidents occurred between May and October, police said.
