Woodstock police reports for Jan. 23, 2014

• Amber D. Watson, 32, 230 1st St., Woodstock, was charged Wednesday, Dec. 18, with harassment of a witness.

• Alejandro Garcia, 21, 115 W. Melody Lane, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Dec. 26, with retail theft.

• Brian William Nelson, 34, 3715 Claremont Road, Johnsburg, was charged Friday, Dec. 27, with driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, driving without insurance, and stop when traffic obstructed on a railroad tracks.

• Teresa J. Pappas, 54, 1216 N. Madison St., Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Dec. 28, with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and improper lane use.

• Natalie A. Haslinger, 27, 778 Bayberry Drive, Cary, was charged Monday, Dec. 30, with driving under the influence, driving without headlights and driving the wrong way down a one-way street.

• Jose L. Reyes, 23, 281 Nuthatch Drive, Woodstock, was charged Monday, Dec. 30, with driving under the influence, driving with blood alcohol content greater than 0.08, and improper lane use. He also was charged Friday, Jan. 3, with driving under the influence, driving without insurance, and improper lane use.

• Shannon E. Therens, 20, 752 Leah Lane, Woodstock, was charged Saturday, Jan. 4, with battery.

• Dean Anthony Cebulski, 51, 330 Lake Ave., Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 7, with aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery of a person over 60.

• Kristyna Torres, 22, 151 Clover Chase, Woodstock, was charged Tuesday, Jan. 7, with theft.

• Yadira L. Ramos, 22, 533 Burbank Ave., Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Jan. 9, with driving under the influence and improper lane use.

• Timothy Richard Dudek, 42, 2139 Greenview Drive, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Jan. 9, with violation of an order of protection and resisting a peace officer.

• Frank Alejandro Hernandez, 23, 504 N. Madison St., Woodstock, was charged Friday, Jan. 17, with possession of marijuana and no lamps on bicycle.
