Lake in the Hills police reports for Jan. 29, 2014

• A window was found damaged by a BB on Monday, Jan. 20, on the 00 block of Lisa Court.

• A complainant's vehicle was struck by an unknown vehicle on Monday, Jan. 20, on the first block of Echo Hill.

• Brian D. Bogacz, 29, 946 Aberdeen Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Wednesday, Jan. 22, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath-alcohol content greater than .08, and failure to reduce speed.

• A complainant's vehicle was struck, with the offending vehicle leaving the scene, on Wednesday, Jan. 22, at the intersection of Algonquin and Oakleaf roads.

• Herbert R. Hoff, 60, 1903 Hartland Road, Woodstock, was charged Thursday, Jan. 23, with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a breath-alcohol content greater than .08, and improper lane usage.

• Michael A. Parra, 27, 9 Wander Way, Lake in the Hills, was charged Thursday, Jan. 23, with leaving the scene of a property damage accident, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and following too closely.

• Joseph A. Gargano, 29, 11198 Algonquin Road, Huntley, was charged Friday, Jan. 24, with theft over $500.

• Debra A. Thiemeyer, 43, 910 Aberdeen Drive, Crystal Lake, was charged Saturday, Jan. 25, with driving under the influence of alcohol, expired registration and no insurance.

• Veronica M. Serrano, 20, 913 Pheasant Walk Drive, Schaumburg was charged Saturday, Jan. 25, with driving with a suspended license, no insurance, and violation of electronic communication device.

• Aaron J. Spivack, 28, 350 Inland Drive, Unit 1A, Wheeling, was charged Sunday, Jan. 26, with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
