MCC offers OSHA course for general industry

McHENRY – The Shah Center of McHenry County College is offering an OSHA 10-Hour Voluntary Compliance in General Industry facilitated by OSHA-certified Accident Prevention Corp.

The course will be from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 17 and 18. Students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles covered in OSHA Act Part 1910. After successful completion of the course, participants will get a certificate of attendance and an OSHA 10-Hour card.  

The course fee is $225, which includes materials. Participants can register by calling the MCC Registration Office at 815-455-8588 and refer to course ID: NTE S65 003. The program will be held at the Shah Center, 4100 W. Shamrock Lane, McHenry.
