Algonquin police reports for June 23, 2014

• Victor Gonzalez, 35, 221 N. Main St. Algonquin, was charged Wednesday, May 28, with two counts of unlawful sale of alcohol to a minor. He also was wanted on a warrant out of Winnebago County for failure to appear on a driving with a suspended license charge.

• Kaiwei Liu, 24, 2030 State St., Unit 1703, Chicago, was charged Wednesday, May 28, with two counts of unlawful sale of alcohol to a minor.

• Amanda Peters, 25, 11702 Woodcreek Drive, Unit D, Huntley, was charged Wednesday, May 28, with two counts of unlawful sale of alcohol to a minor.

• Kyle L. Pollack, 21, 7493 Filmore Ave., Hanover Park, was charged Thursday, May 29, with possession of marijuana and transporting open alcohol.

• Kevin J. Hillard, 20, 1540 Spruce Ave., Hanover Park, was charged Thursday, May 29, with possession of marijuana and speeding.

• Ruben A. Balleno, 21, 1300 Parkview Terrace, Algonquin, was charged Friday, May 30, with driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information, no insurance and improper lane usage.

• Michael R. Hurd Jr., 41, 580 Spruce Tree Drive, Cary, was charged Saturday, May 31, with driving under the influence, driving under the influence over the .08 limit and improper turn.

• Brenton W. Wells, 40, 1460 Williamsburg Road, Rockford, was charged Saturday, May 31, with felony retail theft. He also was wanted on a warrant out of Winnebago County for retail theft.

• Benjamin M. Bowling, 34, 418 Marquette Road, Machesney Park, was charged Saturday, May 31, with felony retail theft.

• A 15-year-old Lake in the Hills boy was charged Saturday, May 31, with retail theft.

• Meliton M. Ochoa, 26, 7021 Lowell Drive, Carpentersville, was charged Sunday, June 1, with no valid driver's license and possession of open alcohol.

• Steven V. Dember, 45, 114 Morningside Drive, McHenry, was charged Monday, June 2, with retail theft.

• A 14-year-old Algonquin boy was charged Monday, June 2, with harassment by electronic communication.

• A 13-year-old Algonquin girl was charged Tuesday, June 3, with retail theft.

• A 15-year-old Algonquin girl was charged Tuesday, June 3, with retail theft.

• Juan Dinataly, 30, 17 Sugar Creek Court, Lake in the Hills, was charged Friday, June 6, with retail theft.

• Two 15-year-old Algonquin boys were charged Saturday, June 7, with burglary.
