Remember Diaper Bank

Published: Tuesday, July 8, 2014 5:30 a.m. CDT

To the Editor:

It’s mid-summer and the Diaper Bank is still working hard to give 25,000 diapers each month to babies, and the sick, disabled and elderly of our county.

Remember, we can only give what we receive from those who help us. The needs of those we serve do not lessen in the summer months. Your “Diapers for Dollars” and “Diaper Drives” will help to get us through the summer.

Want to give cloth diapers instead of disposables? We’d love it, and so would some of our moms and dads. Send us a check, or drop diapers in our 24-hour Diaper Drop Box at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, 3705 W. St. Paul Ave., McHenry.

Enjoy your summer, but remember the Diaper Bank!
