CHICAGO – Authorities said an Arlington Heights woman’s body was pulled from Lake Michigan near downtown Chicago about a month after a boating accident.

Local media reported Tuesday that the Cook County medical examiner identified the body pulled from the lake on June 28 as 27-year-old Megan Blenner.

The medical examiner said Blenner drowned after a May 31 boating accident that left one other person dead. Another man was pulled from the water alive and a fourth person remains missing.
